Customer Center pursues to be the Center of Customer Service for UNIQLO Indonesia. In this position, agent may conduct daily operations to follow up customers’ inquiry through phone, email, chatbot, etc. On top of this, agent may involve key Customer Center activities such as B2B bulk purchasecustomer follow up, Product review, CS survey, etc. with other SSC departments as well as stores. Justification: To solidify our Customer Center Operation and become the center of Customer Service
