As a Data Hygiene Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our Salesforce data. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and IT teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, develop and implement data hygiene processes, and provide reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:*Data Quality Management*: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Salesforce data, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and implementing processes to prevent future issues.*Data Analysis*: Analyze Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies, and provide insights to support business decision-making.*Reporting and Analytics*: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics, sales performance, and other key business indicators.*Data Hygiene*: Develop and implement data hygiene processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, including data validation, data cleansing, and data standardization.*Collaboration*: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to understand data requirements, identify data quality issues, and implement data-driven solutions.*Excel and MS Office*: Utilize Excel and other MS Office tools to analyze data, create reports, and develop dashboards.Requirements: Experience*: 2 years of experience in Salesforce data analysis, data hygiene, or a related field.Salesforce*: Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management, including data import, export, and manipulation.Excel*: Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.MS Office*: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Reporting*: Experience with reporting and analytics tools, including Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.Analytical Skills*: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data quality issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.#LI-AL1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
