Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst: Responsible for gathering data from various sources, including internal databases, user interactions third-party APIs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets.Create clear, compelling reports and dashboards to communicate insights of the product to stakeholders.Work closely with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance.Provide recommendations to improve software features, user engagement, and operational efficiency based on data findings.Implement processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and security, adhering to company policies and regulations.Conduct custom analyses to support strategic initiatives or respond to business questions.

Our interns go right to work! You will be a contributor, not a trainee, as you become familiar with the company’s business systems and methods of operations.As a Texas Instruments’ Business Operations Intern, you will apply the skills gained through your college experiences while also gaining valuable business, technical and life skills. Intern opportunities are available across the spectrum of business and operations functions including accounting, finance, pricing, supply chain.The BO summer internship is divided into 2 groups: FinanceOps and Supply Chain. Your internship projects may be in one of the below or other functions.FinanceOps • Accounting: Analyzing business cost trends; updating semiconductor pricing for internal transfers; understanding research and development (RD) expenses and trends and comparing them to forecasts/estimates; and performing monthly journal entries and reconciling accounts.• Finance: Developing projections for profit and loss (PL) and balance sheet items; supporting various managers with proactive reviews of actual and projected spending; and developing analytical tools and reporting to support different financial and operational areas within the organization.• Operations Planning: Monitoring product support at key manufacturing sites; performing supply and demand analysis; analyzing supply strategy and factory optimization; and making improvements in reporting through the use of automation.• Customer Operations: Support order fulfillments and other operational tasks at TI customers. The team is focusing on eliminating barriers to achieving annual revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage and proactive order management• Sales Operations: As a business partner to sales organization, sales operation supports TI’s revenue growth by providing data analytic support to aid in sales playbook execution. This includes but not limits to sale pipeline monitoring, order fulfillment tracking, and sale performance review. Worldwide Procurement Logistics• Procurement and logistics: Learning and leading sourcing activities including qualifying bidders, conducting bid discussions, analyzing bid results, and awarding opportunities to key suppliers through the use of standardized process tools. Identifying, defining processes for, and deploying new systems capabilities to WPL logistics and procurement team members.

Love your job.The Compensation and Benefits Specialist for is responsible for the effectiveness of our total rewards strategy in defined Asia countries, focusing on manufacturing and support organizations. The core responsibility therefore is to develop, implement and administer competitive compensation and benefits that attract, motivate and retain talent while being consistent with global strategies and locally relevant and meeting business needs.▋Core responsibilities/activities:• Conduct annual market assessment and take ownership for the quality of market data used to guide decision-making• Recommend the base pay budget required for the annual focal review• Periodically review the competitiveness and effectiveness of our CB components in defined Asia countries and make recommendations to close any gaps if required• Establish tools and channels which empower HR business partners and line Specialists with the necessary knowledge to make effective reward decisions•Develop, recommend and implement employee benefit plans and policies• Execute the functional processes, such as, but not limited to, the annual focal review cycle (CRP), annual benefits enrollments, insurance renewals, etc.• Partner with operations and communications teams to ensure efficient execution, implementation and communication of benefits programs• Drive country-specific CB analysis, initiatives, or projects that enhance TI defined Asia countries’ CB competitiveness or operational efficiency.• Drive the right balance between corporate and local considerations (i.e. Deploy our corporate rewards strategy within the country while ensuring that local market dynamics are appropriately factored)• Network internally and externally as the go-to knowledge expert for everything related to compensation and benefits within defined Asia countries• Manage and direct external vendors and consultants and appropriately influence vendor processes and operations to achieve the best outcomes for TI• Proactively monitor regulatory changes related to benefits and interface with subject matter experts in legal, accounting, payroll, and other functions to identify and resolve issues.Support responsibilities:• Provide real-time consulting to HR business partners, staffing team and line • • Specialists related to offers, counter-offers, payroll transfers, and other routine frontline HR activities• Research and analyze comp/benefit plan trends, utilization patterns and demographic issues; develop appropriate plans or programs to address issues.• Work with defined HR countries HR team to design local policy documents and effective governance process flows and checks• Provide ongoing education and training to business HR, line Specialists and employees • Provide ad-hoc support (or lead) regional projects that may arise from time-to-time (e.g. Regional practice or policy alignment)
