Manage KPIs and incentive frameworks / tracking to monitor BD performance.Collaborate with PMO, BD, CP, Fin teams to standardize SOPs for tracking out of system data (Ads, non system investment, welcome package payment...)Develop and manage reporting dashboards to support BD teams in performance trackingConduct BD team productivity and performance reviews; provide actionable insights to BD leadership.Deliver data analysis and support for decision-making. 

Coordinate internal resources and work with other teams across all functions (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to plan and execute monthly campaigns as well as optimization levers, following the analysis;Compile, analyze, and present data on campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement toward profitability and commercial;Anticipate and troubleshoot during campaigns when issues arise; identify root causes and potential solutions to problems;Other tasks as assigned.

Define, implement, and execute internal and external projects for Cross Border sellers in Vietnam;Support or initiate and follow internal projects to optimize existing practices;Support to drive the cross-border related initiatives for package pitching and adoption;Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision-making;Conduct deep-dive analysis and have a deep understanding of market landscape, user behaviours, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth;Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and the local teams;Other tasks as assigned.

In this role, you will focus on the testing field. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, powerful, and performance-optimized software to enable the best user experience on the company's products. Establish the Test Automation process and be involved in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap;Maintain and update automation test scripts;Handle investigation and reproduction of functional software issues, and root cause analysis of existing test script failures;Design, develop, and implement a hybrid test automation framework and strategy;Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology;Develop and maintain methods and libraries needed to grow rapidly and scale the automation suite;Participate in peer review and inspect requirement documents;Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments;
