The Lead Product Growth (User) is responsible for driving the overall user growth strategy — leveraging data, logical thinking, and a strong product mindset to deliver sustainable growth.This role focuses on building an end-to-end growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, while working closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into scalable results.Mô tả công việcGrowth Strategy PlanningDevelop and execute a comprehensive user growth roadmap aligned with business and product objectives.Define segmentation and targeting strategies based on user behavior, needs, and value potential.Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Data, and Ops teams to design and implement growth initiatives across all user touchpoints.Coordinate with the Product Marketing to identify new user acquisition channels and optimize campaign performance throughout the funnel.Data-Driven Experimentation InsightsWork closely with the Data Analytics (DA) team to explore user data, identify growth opportunities, and measure performance across key funnels.Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.Monitor and report growth metrics such as user funnel conversion, retention cohorts, engagement, and churn rate.Combine quantitative data (dashboards, SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) with qualitative insights (surveys, UX feedback) to drive decision-making.Product-Led GrowthPartner with the Product and Design teams to develop and optimize in-app experiences (onboarding, referral, membership, gamification, personalized offers, etc.) that boost engagement and retention.Translate growth insights into concrete product requirements and contribute to product roadmap prioritization.Act as the bridge between Product and Business, ensuring that every product improvement supports measurable user growth.Yêu cầu công việcCore CompetenciesStrong logical and analytical thinking; able to translate data into strategic insights and actionable plans.Proficiency with data analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.).Solid understanding of the user growth funnel and product-led growth mechanics.Experience in cross-team collaboration and managing experiments across Product, Product Marketing, and Data functions.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.Experience4–7 years of experience in Growth, Product, Data Analytics, or Performance Marketing.Proven track record of leading or driving user growth initiatives in tech, fintech, or e-commerce companies.Experience working closely with data and product teams to develop measurable growth experiments.Personal AttributesData-driven and hypothesis-oriented mindset.Logical, structured, and outcome-focused.Strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action.Passionate about understanding user behavior and finding creative growth levers within the product.Education BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.Master’s degree is a plus but not required.Additional certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Growth are a strong advantage.
