Position OverviewThe HMI CS Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting customer service operations through data analysis, reporting, coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role ensures operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of logistics and departmental activities.Key Responsibilities1. Data Analysis ReportingCollect, clean, and analyze operational and customer service dataGenerate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-makingDevelop and maintain BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards and performance metricsMonitor KPIs such as service level, response time, and shipment performanceProvide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency2. Business Intelligence (BI) ReportingPrepare structured BI reports using internal tools or platformsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reportsSupport management with data visualization and trend analysisCollaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements3. Meeting Coordination HostingOrganize and host internal and cross-functional meetingsPrepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materialsDocument meeting minutes, action items, and follow-upsFacilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment4. Logistics Shipping CoordinationTrack and coordinate shipment status and delivery schedulesLiaise with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teamsHandle shipping documentation and issue resolutionEnsure timely and accurate delivery of products/services5.
