【In this role you will】1. This position is responsible for the routine testing of finished good products, incoming materials, request sample, including commercial products and new product introduction. 2. Focus on maintaining internal external instrument calibration system, label, record and analysis data through LIMS system to ensure valid and consistent results. 3. The technician is also responsible for maintaining clean working environment to conform EHS/5S policies and supporting Lab shift leader on daily Lab’s activities. 1. Analytical task • Handle all activities related to the testing of finished good products, raw materials, intermediate products and request sample in accordance with SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions). Types of testing can include physical property (e.g. pH, viscosity, SG), chemical/particle property (e.g. GC, IC, HPLC, LPC, Particle Size) and metal property (ICPMS) analysis for commercial products, new product introduction, experimental products, and complaint samples. Those with experience in ICPMS8900 analysis are preferred.• Ensure quality laboratory practices are followed at all times.• Ensure all instruments calibration/verification based on established and validated test methods or manufacturing recommendations. 2. QC Management • Enter all control standard data into quality analyst database and all testing data into the quality system (LIMS). Analyze data for trends using basic SPC and control charting techniques. • Report out issue results or trouble shooting to appropriate personnel. • Work with Chemist and Supervisor to update the documents and execute annual MSA plan. 3.
