本職缺為常駐客戶端（5x8 駐點）之資安與雲端維運人員。主要負責客戶 Azure 雲端平台的日常穩定運作，並利用 Microsoft Sentinel 進行第一線的資安事件監控、分析與威脅調查。 工作內容 1. Azure 平台運維管理： 負責客戶 Azure 雲端環境的日常維運、效能監控、資源配置優化及異常排除。 2. Microsoft Sentinel 運維與事件調查： 監控 Sentinel 儀表板，進行資安事件（Incidents）的即時分析與告警初步判定。 (1)負責資安事件調查（Threat Hunting），追蹤攻擊軌跡並協助擬定應變與根治措施。 (2)協助維護、優化 Sentinel 的偵測規則（Analytics rules）與資料搜集（Data connectors）。 3. 駐點維運與客戶服務： 執行週/月度資安與運維報表產製，並向客戶端進行定期匯報。 (1)配合客戶端端點安全、網路安全等政策執行，擔任技術窗口協助解決問題。 (2)視專案需求協助落實資安合規性檢查。
