As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be a key member of a versatile team focusing on both algorithm development and platform implementation for TSMC’s RD, Fab, Business, IT, and Security functions to improve productivity and work quality. The role involves developing AI/ML solutions, implementing scalable platforms to support AI productionization, and maintaining the lifecycle of machine learning models. Purpose of the Position: The PCI Engineer is responsible for ensuring Full Sheet (FS) product quality through sampling inspection, statistical analysis, and process data mining. This role drives continuous quality improvement by establishing robust quality control systems, leading cross-functional problem solving, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Project teams using PDCA / DMAIC methodologies. Position Summary: This role is responsible for Logistics Operation Planning focusing on optimizing storage space, transportation routes and operation process/system to meet fluctuating demand, ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations without bottlenecks. This role leads data analysis to forecast storage capacity needs, schedule resources, and coordinate inbound/outbound flows. Additionally, this role executes continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives using methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, PQA and DESGN to support plant strategic goals. Key Responsibilities in Warehouse Capacity Planning Roles • Strategic Forecasting Planning: Analyzing demand trends to forecast storage requirements, ensuring adequate space is available for inventory while avoiding congestion. • System Technology Utilization: Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems and data analysis tools for real-time monitoring and reporting on capacity achievement. • Space Layout Optimization: Managing warehouse configuration for various types of FS/FG/PM packages, reconfigures space allocation to optimize capacity utilization and operation efficiency. • Continuous Improvement Cost Reduction: Lead and execute cost reduction or efficiency improvement projects aligned with plant business objectives. • Apply Lean, DMAIC or other improvement tools to optimize logistics processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. Prepare project reports and communicate progress to cross-functional stakeholders.

Purpose of the Position: • Support Corning glass / ceramic technology development and manufacturing process development in Asia. • Build MTE Asia Material Science and Engineering technical capability to enable Corning Asia growth through stronger process performance, quality, and technology transfer. Working within the software team to develop control system software for complex machine tools, shopfloor data management applications, vision systems, automation, robotics and CADCAM processing tools. The work is varied in nature and covers a range of software skills from front end interfaces through to PLC logic. There is an RD element to the role, so an imaginative approach can be required.
