1. Equipment Assistant Engineer
Follow standard operation procedure to modify the machine repeatedly.Follow standard operation procedure to replace the machine partsFollow standard operation procedure to do basic maintenance. (daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly)Handling alarms of equipment and machine, and other abnormal responses.
2. Assistant Test Engineer
Responsible for customer-related reliability experiments; when shipment lots incur RMA claims or ORT failures, collect and analyze data and provide customers with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.Provide response for electrical data acquisition of shipment lots and perform test‑station/equipment bring‑up tasks to ensure uninterrupted production.
3. Test Engineering Engineer
Handle abnormal lots and electrical-data reporting requests; promptly execute held‑lot instructions and resolve production‑line anomalies to ensure uninterrupted production.
4. Process Duty Engineer
Verify parameters (incl. PPID upload) and validate post-value data against platform specs.Execute DOE plans with parameter/jig changes and collect post-value data.Check post-value data and benchmark against BKM.Perform quality buy-off after machine modifications.Analyze issues via DRB mapping and support root cause identification.Support process enhancement and collect fan-out data for evaluation.
5. Manufacturing Supervisor
Manufacturing supervisor schedules shifts and allocates manpower to meet production targets and delivery deadlines while ensuring on‑floor operations and quality comply with SOPs. They handle production issues through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
