Role Summary:
This role supports Workplace and People Operations while taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring high-quality execution. You will play a key role in maintaining a smooth office environment and supporting HR processes, while continuously looking for ways to improve day-to-day operations.
At the same time, this role offers hands-on exposure across different People functions, providing opportunities to build practical experience, develop strong operational judgment, and gradually take on broader responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
▍Office Administration Workplace Operations
Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth, well-organized workplace environment.Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and cost-effective usage.Identify and suggest improvements to enhance workplace efficiency and experience.
▍Employee Engagement Internal Events
Coordinate lunches, engagement activities, and internal events to support a positive and collaborative culture.Build connections with interns and new hires, supporting onboarding experience and team integration.
▍Event Planning Execution
Plan and execute internal events, including logistics coordination and on-site support.Take ownership of assigned event tasks, ensuring timelines and execution quality are met.
▍Recruitment Coordination
Coordinate recruitment processes across Taiwan and the U.S., including scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline tracking.Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
▍HR Operations Employee Interaction
Manage HR-related documentation and data updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Support payroll administration, including data preparation, validation, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
