Introduction to the jobDrive filed XLD (Extra Long Down) into tangible solution and engage CS Central local team to deliver and implement XLD solution package on systems through XLD strategic analysis reporting and product roadmapRole and responsibilities1) Taiwan all XLD cases input data quality management via weekly call with local team and XLD intake improvement roposal IRM process development solution management2) XLD Top-X issue data management and report update to the customer and management bi-weekly, wrap up bi-weekly XLD intake post follow up action to drive close loop XLD improvement action, then connect with WS PL to drive solution plan with Central3) Lead Golden Package introduction and track field implementation, makes plans in cooperation with the customer to actively implement solutions it terms of Patches, FCA, FCO,s etc in order to optimize the machine performance. Also, need to work with WS PL/TL to remove blockers4) Machine performance related XLD issues are being addressed and coordinated until solved to ensure that the machine performance target(s) criteria are met.5) Recommends return of investments proposals for applicable solutions to site/customer POCs and share solution updates and content.Education and experience•Bachelor or Master of Science/ Engineering• 2+ years of experiences as a 2nd Line Engineer (for internal candidates) or Lithography equipment (for external candidates).• Project Handling skill• Programming skill in excel/power BISkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. Improve and auto availability reconcile data influx on AVATAR for PMA5 projectEPE with assigned core technical competency are able to give the technical input for XLD / MTBFp PL, support top-X analysis ,join XLD/XSR/SA disturbance intake meeting and AIR solution tracingRole and responsibilities•Monitors and Analyze the machine performance indicators at the Customers site by using standard reporting tooling.-AVATAR•Ensures required technical and administrative documentation is completed in a clear, concise and timely manner. Manage and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI infrastructure systems for reliable operations of VNAP's AI prediction services and training environments Co-work with IT/CIM infra teams, which host CPU/GPU application servers and database services such as VM/K8S, Kafka, MongoDB, Oracle middleware for VNAP, to ensure high availability and reliability through well-established monitor metrics and alarms.Design and implement infra-as-code tools like Ansible and Terraform to establish auto-recovery mechanisms to minimize tool idle/hold lot impacts caused by system issues.Develop and maintain applications using C#/Delphi/Python on top of those infrastructure systems.Work location : Hsinchu or TaoyuanHiring Organization: IMC
