We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join our technology team and help shape the systems that support our fast-growing e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of software development experience and a strong interest in team leadership, scalable systems, and cloud technologies. Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop internal systems that support business operations and meet employee needs 2. Work closely with business and operations teams to understand requirements, define clear specifications, and ensure smooth project delivery 3. Lead and support a team of engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in software development 4. Build scalable and reliable solutions using cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud 5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and make improvements as needed 6. Follow development guidelines, ensure testing coverage, and maintain code quality 7. Oversee ongoing system maintenance and optimization to support daily operations Requirements: 1. 5+ years hands-on experience in software development 2. Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or C# 3. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or similar 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams 5. Proven ability to lead or mentor engineers in a team environment 6. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, we are looking for someone to manage projects from initial set-up documentation to preparing client-ready deliverables. They will be responsible for catering the set-up and execution of research and activation projects. Within the team, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the execution of all research and activation projects. They are involved in all steps of the process, from briefing the implementation team to following up on final deliverables, and acts as a key contact person. Key Responsibilities Able to independently handle medium complexity projects successfully. Understand the content and are able to efficiently transpose these to a team effort. Accountable and responsible for the timely implementation of research and activation projects. Following a standard methodology (e.g., 1 methodology, etc.) or scope (e.g., easy target group, involvement of trusted parties, etc.). For these projects, the Project Manager is the primary point of contact to answer questions and follow-up requests from people involved in the project execution (internal project service team, external moderators freelancers, etc.). Has a good understanding of the project specifications (background, objectives, approach, etc.) and challenge the consultant team where needed. Effective communication with key stakeholders and deliver progress updates. Able to meet deadlines. Collaborate with the consultant team and advise how to improve the research experience of consumers and effectively problem solve. Understand our client's needs and expectations Database Management. App Lead (Investment Platform) We are seeking an experienced App Lead to drive the development of our investment application. In this role, you will take ownership of the overall product experience—from backend systems to app functionality—ensuring reliability, scalability, and user impact. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver a platform that empowers investors with seamless trading and portfolio tools. Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of the app’s overall architecture (backend, APIs, and integrations). • Oversee development of user-facing features such as strategy execution, rebalancing, and reporting. • Integrate with broker-dealer APIs (e.g., Interactive Brokers) to enable order execution and portfolio management. • Guide the development of trading logic, performance tracking, and allocation workflows. • Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability while aligning with business goals. • Collaborate with product and design teams to shape the user experience. • Mentor and guide engineers working on the platform. Qualifications • 5+ years experience in app or platform development (Python, Golang, or similar). • Strong database and API design background. • Familiarity with brokerage/trading APIs and financial systems. • Solid understanding of trading, equities, and portfolio concepts. • Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Proven leadership in building and scaling products. Preferred • Background in fintech, trading platforms, or wealth apps. • Knowledge of quantitative strategies and risk management. • Experience driving product direction alongside technical leadership.
