Work cross-functionally with a global geographically distributed team to understand, implement, and deploy finance/business growth recognition solutions. Drive best practice improvements for both system and process to achieve data integrity, data transparency, and a positive user experience. Support the team with all required elements of project planning and delivery, using knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques. Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
