本職位肩負數據基礎建設、數據產品開發與量化策略支持的核心責任。將負責從零到一建構與維護高吞吐量的數據平台，將分散的交易、行情與風控數據轉化為可操作的指標和模型。我們尋找具備深厚數據工程基礎，並熱衷於運用機器學習與統計方法解決加密貨幣量化交易問題的專業人才。 A. 數據平台與工程 (Data Platform Engineering) 1)數據基礎架構： -主導或參與高併發數據庫架構 的設計與維護（PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / MySQL），確保數據的快速存取與穩定性。 -建構 Data Warehouse (數倉) / Data Mart 和指標模型 (Metric Store)，實現數據資產化。 2)ETL 與數據處理： -使用 Python 開發穩定的 ETL Pipeline (透過 Airflow / Cron 等排程工具)。 -進行高頻交易數據的清洗、加工與特徵工程 (Feature Engineering)，整合交易所行情、帳務、交易與風控等關鍵數據。 B. 數據產品與應用 (Data Products Applications) 1)內部系統開發： -建置內部數據查詢工具與輕量級後台系統（利用 FastAPI / Django / Node.js 等）。 2)可視化與監控： -建立專業級 BI 儀表板（Grafana / Metabase / Power BI 等）。 -設計並監控績效指標 (KPIs)、資金與交易狀態、以及實時風控指標。 C. 量化研究與模型支持 (Quant Research Model Support) 1)模型開發與驗證： -運用 機器學習 (ML) 與時間序列模型進行數據洞察、分析與預測。 -專注於市場因子模型研究（如 Alpha Factors / Volatility / Order-Flow Signals）的數據層面支持。

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with distributed systems. Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Node, Python) and databases such as GoogleSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
