Prepare training logistics (classrooms, materials, equipment, etc.) and support learners and trainers throughout the course.
Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist in evaluating trainers and participants.
Support the organization of internal training programs and collaborate with the team to implement e-learning courses on the system.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Support Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives through content creation, visual design, and employee engagement activities.
Manage and maintain recruitment platforms and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn), including content posting, editing, and scheduling.
Support campus recruitment programs, career fairs, and university partnership activities.
