In this role you will:Assist with communications tasks including, but not limited to: writing and editing, photo and video production and editing, social media content, event coordination and other communications and administrative support tasks as assigned, which include the following:Writing and Editing:- Corporate bios- Photo captions- Project descriptions- Copyediting- Review PR collaterals such as press releases and media advisoriesPhoto, Video and Graphics:- Recommend suitable images and photos for communications assets- Photo, video and audio editing (where necessary)- Infographics- Gifs, animations and graphicsMedia Relations:- Help compile and update media contact lists- Prepare media reports on assigned subjects- Identify and research opportunities to share Logitech stories with relevant journalists and media outlets.- Assist with press release/media advisory writing, editing, distribution, and media outreach- Assist with media interview scheduling and coordination- Assist with scheduling and coordinating of photo/video shoots- Coordinate/manage products for product reviewsCommunications Administration:- Update PR tracker weekly/monthly- Update weekly global communications newsletter- Create dashboard for monthly and quarterly PR reports- Create content database- Prepare media reports on assigned subjects- Identify and research opportunities to share Logitech stories with relevant journalists and media outlets.- General administrative and communications support as assigned.Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:- Current 2nd/3rd year undergraduate student in a related field (e.g. English, Marketing/Communications, Advertising or Public Relations).- Basic understanding of the principles of marketing or communications is a plus.- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills is a must.- Good working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel.- Self-motivated, good organisation skills, detail-oriented, multi-task, meet deadlines.#LI-YS1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
