As a Policy Enforcement Manager (PEM) dedicated to enforcing the policies of YouTube’s Partner Program (YPP), you will help guide the overall strategy and enforcement approach for all policies in this area. You will working with a cross-functional team across Policy Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Ads Policy and Scaled Abuse to operationalize scalable policies that minimize brand risk to the platform while also educating Creators. You will thinking through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g., hate, misinformation, adult, reused content, kids) while developing processes that are consistent and resilient to protect the ecosystem.This role will require review of graphic, controversial, and offensive video content at times.
