Work in a cross-functional team with backend developers, native mobile developers, QA, PM, and Product Owner.Deliver value to users, teammates, and the company.Develop secure and scalable backend systems to serve millions of global users.Implement high-quality coding standards for readable, stable, and maintainable systems.Collaborate closely with teammates through code reviews, sharing sessions, and project retrospectives.Analyze requirements and solve complex problems across the stack.Conduct technical research to improve the tech stack for long-term initiatives.Follow and improve the development process.
