The SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) IT SME responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core solutions within SAP systems and integrating with other enterprise applications within the Finance domain across NA & SAPMENA zones (North Asia, South Asia Pacific, Middle East, North Africa). This role requires deep knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling, enterprise architecture, and integration principles. The SAP FICO ITBA will participate in large-scale programs, specifically NEO (S/4 Implementation). A Day in the life: Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions: From demand assessment and impact analysis to hands-on configuration, testing, and go-live, you will own the full project lifecycle, leveraging our PM4IT methodology. This includes effort estimation, stakeholder management, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.Drive continuous improvement: You'll manage Demands to Enhancements (D2E) and lead small-to-medium enhancements for SAP changes, group initiatives (like Group P&L Revamp), applications (e.g., AgilePoint), and integration projects, constantly seeking ways to optimize our systems.Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and support: Following the Build to Run (B2R) process, you’ll facilitate knowledge transfer to the Run team and provide Level 4 support to resolve incidents within defined SLAs.Collaborate across teams and geographies: You will work closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), participate in Design Authority governance, and coordinate with stakeholders across IT and Business units (Group, Zone, Countries) to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Stay ahead of the curve: You'll collaborate with vendors and partners to explore and leverage emerging technologies and functionalities, ensuring L'Oréal remains at the forefront of innovation. Who are we looking for? Technical competencies: SAP FICO Expertise: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, integration, and cross-service functionalities is essential. Experience with COPA (Controlling - Profitability Analysis) is highly preferred. You should also be proficient in integrating FICO with SD and MM modules.Broad SAP Knowledge: A solid understanding of core SAP products and services (ERP, CRM, SCM) is necessary, along with familiarity with related tools like Solution Manager and Transport Management. Experience integrating SAP with other applications using HIP and APIs is highly advantageous.Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.S/4HANA Experience (Plus): While not mandatory, experience with S/4HANA would be a significant asset. Essential professional competencies: Project Management and Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, multi-task effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as you will be working with stakeholders across different teams and geographies.Problem-Solving and Ownership: We seek a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
