You will be the technical subject matter expert responsible for the health, optimization, and evolution of our Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.In this role, you will bridge the gap between Sales Operations, Finance, and Technology. You will own the declarative configuration of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing engines, ensuring that our sales teams can quote complex hardware and software bundles seamlessly, and that our finance teams recognize revenue accurately. In this role you will:Revenue Cloud Configuration: Own the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ Billing. This includes managing Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Revenue Recognition rules.Complex Automation: Design and build scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and Advanced Approvals to support dynamic pricing logic and approval hierarchies without relying on custom code.Release Management: Manage the deployment of configuration changes across sandboxes and production environments using DevOps best practices (e.g., GitHub, Prodly etc).System Health Data Integrity: Monitor the CPQ calculation engine, troubleshoot quote synchronization errors, and ensure data integrity between Salesforce and downstream ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and other integration systems involved (e.g., Mulesoft).User Support Enablement: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex quoting issues. assist Sales Operations in troubleshooting stuck quotes or billing errors.Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate complex pricing strategies and subscription models into technical requirements.Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Salesforce Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, multi-currency environment.Revenue Cloud Specialist: Proven, deep experience configuring Salesforce CPQ. You must be comfortable with the Object Model of CPQ (e.g., Quote Lines, Subscriptions, Assets, Contracted Prices). Minimum of 3 years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation.Subscription Management: Experience managing subscription lifecycles (Amendments, Renewals, Co-terming) within Salesforce.Declarative Development: Mastery of Salesforce Flows. You should be able to build complex logic without needing an Apex developer.Problem Solving: The ability to debug complex pricing waterfall issues and calculation errors under pressure.Communication: Ability to explain technical CPQ constraints to non-technical business stakeholders in Finance and Sales.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Highly Preferred).Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator.Experience with Salesforce Billing (invoicing, credit notes, payment gateways).Experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs (Oracle, SAP) for order fulfillment.Familiarity with Apex triggers (ability to read/debug code is a plus, though writing is not required). Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
