The Delta Robotics Innovation Center (DRIC) is established to support Delta Electronics' long-term robotics development.Its primary purpose is to build and enhance Delta's capabilities in robot design, manufacturing, and integration. Rather than focusing on delivering specific products, the center aims to cultivate core competencies that enable Delta groups to efficiently develop and commercialize robotics-based solutions.Responsibilities:• Design and implement novel AI algorithms and foundation models for general-purpose robots and embodied agents.• Develop and optimize training and inference pipelines for large-scale vision-language and multimodal models.• Fine-tune models for robot-specific tasks such as motion planning and manipulation, including reinforcement learning (RL) techniques.• Collaborate with simulation teams to validate models in physical simulators and integrate them into robot planning and control systems.• Build and maintain scalable GPU-based distributed training infrastructure and efficient data pipelines for model development.

The Lead Network and Security Compliance Test Engineer will be responsible for validating the network functionality, performance, and security posture of our AI data center infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, routing protocols, hands-on experience with traffic generation, and a keen eye for security vulnerabilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring our network adheres to compliance standards and provides a reliable, secure foundation for our demanding AI workloads.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:* Acts as lead and problem solver, balances personnel and facilitates the movement of product(s) through designated area of responsibility.* Monitors the conduct, performance and contribution of cell members.* Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.* Monitors quantity and quality output and leads production or prototype team to meet group goals.* Compiles data and generates reports on cell performance.* Possesses foundation skills and appropriate technical / leadership skills.

Continue to support new technology and new tool development for high efficiency solar cells and GaN related high power/high speed electronics.5. Market penetration through not only technical collaborations but also through new technology trend in need of new MOCVD product technology.
