Splashtop Inc. is a rising star in remote access/remote support industry. Our backend system is hosted on AWS and GCP and it serves 500K+ active users, 2M+ online endpoints. The average API is around 2K+ qps. We are looking for Senior (3+ years) frontend developers who are SMART, EASY-GOING and good at TEAMWORK. As frontend developeryou will focus on one or two of below: Integrateefficient and reusable front-end modules into complex technical products.EvolveUI components toward our owndesign system for other developers to build upon.Optimize asynchronous functionalities andresponsiveness with backend APIs.Utilizetoolsets to enhance UX/A11y with dynamic and localized content.Automate and visualizethe process of development, test plans included.

▌工作內容1.大型平台開發與維護: 參與高流量、大規模網站前端架構的規劃與開發，確保系統在複雜需求下仍能保持高可用性與穩定度。 2.核心業務與專案開發: 功能開發，包括但不限於「註冊/登入流程」、「直覺式的介面」及「複雜數據後台管理系統」；針對後台統計數據進行視覺化開發，並實現多維度的資料查詢與動態報表展示功能。 3.程式重構與系統優化: 對既有程式進行深度檢視與重構，透過模組化與組件化提升代碼的可讀性與使用性。

開發及維運既有系統Ｗeb及APP，確保系統穩定性、可用性、安全性Ｗeb及APP介面UI/UX設計、切版，能確保跨瀏覽器、跨裝置 (RWD) 呈現一致性，並與工程師協作完成開發與前端工程師/體驗治理中心共同討論提出設計最佳化建議配合主管指派辦理行政、網站資訊安全弱點修復及其他例行性事項，確保日常運作順暢與團隊制度規範之落實

Provide comprehensive delivery plan / demand vs supply analysis / logistic services to customer.Coordinate internal planning team through front-end wafer to far-backend package to meet customer's delivery target of each configuration.Manage logistic service and schedule monitoring related projects.
