Experience distilling complexity into simple narratives, including executive presentations.

Experience with metrics and experiment analysis (A/B testing) and building on past insights to form cohesive takeaways.
Familiarity with content abuse, policy, or quality domain; Familiarity of applicability of LLMs and experience launching AI-powered experiences.
Ability to define and quantify business trade-offs, in support of the team’s larger strategies.

Every month, more than a billion people rely on Maps services to explore the world and navigate their daily lives.The Geo team also enables developers to use the power of Google Maps platforms to enhance their apps and websites. As they plot a course for the future of mapping, they are solving complex computer science problems, designing beautiful and intuitive product experiences, and improving our understanding of the real world.Responsibilities
Own the long-term goal and product strategy for Creative Editorial (e.g., Media), translating it into a concrete, prioritized roadmap focused on driving UGC media growth.
Build out authentic, high-quality user-generated content (UGC) experiences, adapting to an evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) landscape.
Partner with UX, research, and engineering teams to design, launch, and successfully land new features for both UGC media contribution and consumption.
Promote alignment and collaborate deeply with cross-functional partner teams, including data, engineering, UX, research, and policy/legal.
Build consensus across the organization and successfully secure support from key stakeholders to drive roadmap initiatives forward.
