■ 工作時間：9~18，可往後彈性一小時，週休二日 主要開發專案為後端帳務與交易系統，涉及高併發與批次處理設計兼具技術與帶領角色，確保系統穩定性與團隊執行品質能在 AI 工具輔助下主導設計與品質把關(非依賴貼碼)，並樂於 code review 與帶主導帳務核心領域設計與服務分層（transport／service／repository／worker），建立等冪、去重與補償機制設計並實作「上傳→檢核→清洗→批次入庫→報表可見」的可觀測流水線（含重試與死信）優化關鍵查詢與交易流程（索引策略、鎖與隔離級別、批次寫入設計）與 QA、DevOps、DBA 協作，將契約測試、E2E、schema diff、壓測流程納入 CI/CD，確保每週發版處理風險控管與故障應變（回滾、重跑、對帳），撰寫 ADR、Runbook 與設計說明文件帶領中階工程師進行 code review、pair programming 與技術育成
