As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Supply Chain Operations plays a critical role in sustaining our Technical Infrastructure fleet. As a Program Manager for Spares and Analytics, you will be responsible for spares planning, execution, and driving process improvements in our supply chain. You will work closely with Material Planning, NPI, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Hardware Operation, and Data Center Software teams to develop and oversee the execution of the spares strategies that directly support Google's rapidly growing hardware infrastructure.In this role, you will contribute supply chain spares strategies to meet our service level agreements for data center uptime while optimizing inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess and obsolescence (EO). Youll implement best practices to ensure on time delivery through the full product lifecycle. You will collaborate internally with the NPI team to enable seamless, efficient product transitions.
