We are seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our team and enhance the efficiency of our Customer Success Management Team, as well as strengthen our client relationships through various tools and solutions. As a Business Ops Intern, you will work cross-functionally with teams including Revenue, Customer Support, and Business Development, collaborating closely to drive value for both inline and its clients. What you'll do
Daily Operations
Organize and manage contract files for the CSM team, developing an automated archiving system to streamline file management.Record client information in internal forms, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across cross-functional documentation.Maintain and periodically update forms, regularly verifying the accuracy of all automated forms.Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Process Optimization and Automation Tool Development
Optimize existing processes and design new workflows, setting clear priorities for improvements that will drive greater sales efficiency.Take responsibility for developing and managing automation tools, ensuring seamless and refined end-to-end processes.Data Analysis
Utilize data analysis and client trend assessment to identify potential customer and sales opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making.Develop client data reports that enable the CSM team to gain insights into customers' business performance, fostering stronger partnerships and collaboration.
