Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals and business transformation strategies. Plan for customer events and launches, partner with support, engineers, and site reliability engineers to ensure customer success, and work with customers and support to guide issues or escalations to resolution. Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives through partners and accelerate Google Cloud adoption. Lead solution decomposition exercises to take customer business use cases and translate them into delivery models and Statements of Works (SOWs). Collaborate with business and customer engineering to capture customer use cases and requirements. Develop a service strategy for separate accounts and act as the point of contact for services business with the Business team.
