As a Service Consultant, you act as a trusted advisor—identifying client challenges, shaping IT and security solutions, and turning complexity into business value. You will be part of Freedom Systems Japan at an early growth stage, working in a startup-scale organization with regional backing, where performance, ownership, and learning velocity matter more than titles or tenure. This position is ideal for candidates with a challenger mindset, who are motivated by impact, growth, and long-term career acceleration in the IT services industry. 【Key Responsibilities】1. Business Development Client Engagement- Identify, develop, and qualify new B2B business opportunities in Japan.- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs, pain points, and decision criteria.2. Solution Design Sales Execution- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored IT / cybersecurity solutions.- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations with clients.- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.3.
