This role combines hands-on mobile technical expertise with strong people and delivery leadership, ensuring high-quality client applications are delivered on time and at scale.You will partner closely with senior engineers to define technical direction, own execution outcomes, and maintain a healthy, high-performing engineering culture. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of Mobile (iOS/Android) delivery outcomes: roadmap commitments, milestones, release quality, and post-release stabilityIdentify potential risks in scope, timelines, or technical execution and take action to mitigate themPartner with senior engineers to evaluate technical designs, trade-offs, and long-term architecture decisionsEstablish and continuously improve engineering processes to balance speed, quality, and sustainabilityManage, mentor, and support engineers across different seniority levelsCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate product requirements into executable technical plans
