Role and Responsibilities1. Team Leadership People DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Project Leaders to strengthen competencies in quality mindset, quality control, issue resolution, and quality assurance, and quality system.Build strategic capability in supplier quality management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.Allocate resources, set priorities, and provide clear direction to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.2. Quality Governance Audit ManagementOwn the ISO‑9001 audit strategy, including audit planning, execution, action follow-up, and compliance validation.Oversee supplier audits and Orange‑Heart‑Meeting (3-way call: factory, supply chain management, suppliers), ensuring alignment of suppliers with ASML quality expectations.3. Material Quality Escalation Issue ResolutionLead cross‑functional teams (Factory, DE, SSP) to resolve material quality issues and prevent recurrence.Ensure effective containment, structured problem solving (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.), and data-driven improvement actions.4. Process Performance Continuous ImprovementEvaluate manufacturing and supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive factory-wide quality enhancement.Promote LEAN practices and act as a driver for long-term quality transformation across operations.5. Stakeholder Customer AlignmentCollaborate closely with internal customers (Manufacturing, PE, DE, Procurement, Supply Chain) to capture quality feedback and ensure alignment on improvement priorities.Represent Quality of factory in critical meetings and business reviews, influencing strategic decisions with data-backed insights.QualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.Experience10+ years in high‑tech manufacturing with strong focus on Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Quality.Proven experience in quality leadership roles within complex, high-tech environments.Strong experience with supplier management, logistics, manufacturing, and DE interfaces.Audit management experience (ISO9001, supplier audits, system/process audits).Skills CompetenciesStrong command of quality tools: SPC, TQM, FMEA, 8D, Gauge RR, etc.Excellent problem-solving and conflict‑handling capabilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; effective in multicultural environments.Stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.Other InformationThis role involves engaging with senior management and collaborating across multiple sectors, necessitating adaptability and resilience. It offers the opportunity to influence organizational culture and support long-term business growth by leading impactful change initiatives. Flexible working schedule when needed to support cross‑region collaboration (e.g., US time zone).This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
