Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy to grow the brand deals ecosystem, creating tailored materials in Mandarin and English. Negotiate and execute complex partnership agreements to generate new business opportunities and drive business generation growth. Serve as a cross-functional leader, working with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Legal) to connect partners with global brand and advertising opportunities. Conduct market analysis and track key performance metrics to identify trends, growth opportunities, and resolve business issues for partners.
