Job Description:* Minimum 5 years of experience in a software engineering role, or Tier‑2+ customer/application support.* Proficiency in Japanese language is mandatory. (JLPT: N2)* Strong coding knowledge in Java with familiarity in relevant frameworks.* Experience with SQL and leveraging databases for data analysis.* Experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.* Hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk).* Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and provide weekend coverage as required.
