在《車麻吉》Java/Kotlin 後端工程師的職位上，你將協助團隊在目前的主要服務上進行設計、單元測試、開發與維護，能夠協助後端成員一起進步，並且提供團隊關於後端的各種專業建議。 這個職位我們期望招募用 Java/Kotlin 開發後端，具備一定經驗的人，但若具備現代 MVC 框架的扎實經驗，相信也不會是太困難的轉換。我們目前在正積極將主系統中的部分服務拆分出來，規劃拆分出來的服務會採用 Quarkus 框架，以 Kotlin 撰寫，透過 Quarkus 的生態系打造微服務系統。 熟悉 Kotlin 或 Java，我們會使用 Kotlin。熟悉 Spring Boot 或Quarkus框架，我們會使用 Quarkus。熟悉 RESTful 風格 API 設計。熟悉 Gradle 建置管理工具。熟悉關連式資料庫與 Schema 設計，與 ORM 操作。我們主要使用 PostgreSQL，也有 MySQL。熟悉利用 Memory Cache 加速讀取效能，我們使用 Redis。熟悉版本控管工具，我們使用 Git。專案存放與 Issue Tracking 也都使用 GitHub。熟悉撰寫單元測試。熟悉基本 Unix like 系統指令操作。熟悉 HTTP 相關網路知識。熟悉物件導向語言設計模式熟悉雲端架構經驗，我們主要使用 GCP，也有 AWS。
