They will also work closely with the Enterprise Support Services teams to process the map creation requests, and fix or update maps as needed by our customers. The role will also assist with a variety of projects and administrative tasks related to the Support Services team.   Successful candidates will have experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar software, as well as project management software such as JIRA, Asana, or similar products. They will also have experience in the customer support or services field, and familiarity with common needs and practices and common software tools of larger enterprise companies. This role is not customer-facing, but will work closely with internal team members who do work with our customers, helping to enable an excellent customer experience from behind the scenes.Your Contribution:Be Yourself.
