About the Role At AIFIAN, our Product team is the driving force of innovation, fueled by collaborative synergy. We are currently seeking a highly skilled product manager to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead efforts in revamping our app for user experience, and scaling our services across borders. Our main product management tool stack includes Notion, Figma, Whimsical, Mixpanel, JIRA, and Slack. What You'll Do Leading customer research, roadmap planning, scoping and prioritization of our core features. Collaborating with cross-functional team stakeholders to define and deliver tangible solutions, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources to enhance execution velocity. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Defining key metrics to measure the success of our core features, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Communicating product updates, roadmap plans, and project status to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Mentoring other product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

* Job Responsibilities 工作內容: 1. Handle our B2B clients' suggestions, inquiries, requests and complaints received via various channels (Such as emails, live chats, and website) with the utmost care and in the most efficient manner. 以客戶為導向且積極協助處理B2B客戶端透過各類管道 (如電子郵件、即時通訊軟體、網站...等) 所提出的建議、詢問、需求以及客訴。 2. Take ownership and a proactive approach to resolve issues and complaints. 針對客戶端的各類問題及客訴主動提供解決方案。 4. Guide clients in using our product and application, making them comfortable in accessing its features. 引導客戶端使用產品及系統。 5. Provide end users and clients' feedback, working closely with the product, engineering and operation teams to ensure continuous improvement in product development and user experience. 將最終用戶及客戶端的建議提供給對應部門，以確保產品研發及使用者體驗持續進行優化。 6. We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Service Business Operations - Senior Specialist to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will support and assist cross teams i.e., Solution Program Managers, regional PMs, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate and efficient monthly billing execution, assist in streamlining quotation logic, and help maintain operational workflows that support our enterprise delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, financial process alignment, quotation sanity-checks, 3rd party service contractual management, and stakeholder accountability, helping the business run with greater efficiency, transparency, and profitability. Performance indicators for this role will include billing accuracy and timeliness, implementation of process support and cross-functional collaboration feedback. Responsibilities: Billing Invoicing OwnershipManage Enterprise customers regular/monthly billing statements and invoices on a fixed schedule (1st, 2nd, 3rd day of each month, may occasionally require work on weekends or holidays)Collect and validate input from multiple teams (traffic reports, usage data, etc) to produce billing documentation aligned with contract terms and service status.Ensure proper financial documentation, audit readiness, and operational compliance across billing and quoting workflows. Billing scope typically covers streaming traffic, platform maintenance fees, and licensing charges.
