About the Role We are looking for a visionary VP of Operations to serve as the operational architect for BTSE Indonesia. In this mission-critical role, you will bridge global infrastructure with local excellence, overseeing everything from regulatory whitelisting and KYC workflows to data-driven exchange monitoring. Responsibilities:Business Operations Workflow Architecture Design, implement, and continuously optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments to ensure scalability. Lead and manage the end-to-end KYC/AML workflow, ensuring a frictionless user experience while maintaining rigorous regulatory standards. Manage and optimize deposit/withdrawal flows, ensuring speed, security, and reconciliation accuracy.
