Lead requirement definition by clearly framing problems, defining scope, and ensuring alignment with developer teams before development starts. Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, system scalability, operational needs, and user value. Drive product execution from planning to release, proactively tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving blockers in collaboration with developers. Work closely with developer teams to validate technical feasibility, system dependencies, and implementation approach. Prepare structured updates and report roadmap status, delivery progress, and key risks to leadership stakeholders. Ensure features are delivered with a clear focus on performance, scalability, usability, and security. Define success metrics and track product performance post-release to guide future prioritization.
