Experience with optical equipment and data analysis/SPC using tools like JMP or Python. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: Experience with advanced display technologies (OLED, MicroLED, AR/VR optics) and compound semiconductor (GaN/GaAs) testing. With start-up roots and a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, Raxium is seeking to build upon its engineering team with an aim to disrupt next-generation display markets.Responsibilities Lead installation, qualification, and maintenance of optical metrology systems on the testers at the Contract Manufacturer (CM) site. Own the health and calibration of all optical test setups, executing Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (RR ) studies to validate performance before production release. Serve as the first line of defense to diagnose and resolve hardware-related optical test issues, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production stops. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis to proactively monitor tester performance and correlate test results with manufacturing variables.
