Schedule and prepare necessary documents for meetings or events;Write meeting minutes and send them to stakeholders after each meeting (within 24 working hours);Research articles and information on Cognia's website and other sources to publish on the company's communication channels (workplace & email);Design surveys;Coordinate with members inside and outside the AQD to organize events related to accreditation;Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager;Report to the line manager all related issues and proposed solutions that may directlyaffect the AQD in particular and EQuest in general.
