Introduction to the jobThis role focuses on supporting mechatronics-related modules within PAS5500/RH/YS systems, including wafer and reticle stages and handlers. The position requires strong analytical skills to identify root causes through logical reasoning, as well as broad technical knowledge across motion control, automation control theory, error diagnostics, mechatronics, electronics, and system-level troubleshooting.The scope covers all ASML factory activities related to assembling, testing, diagnosing, and improving qualified modules and submodules, including optical fabrication processes.
