We aim to bring joy to customers worldwide through both physical and digital touchpoints.【Key Responsibilities】Business Operations System Management ERP System Management: Manage end-to-end inventory and sales processes within the ERP system (SAP), including uploading sales data across various channels, maintaining price master data, and performing billing reconciliations.Procurement Cost Analysis: Execute purchase orders (PO), conduct gross margin analysis, and prepare price quotations while managing internal approval workflows for procurement.Master Data Maintenance: Maintain vendor and product master records to ensure all system information aligns with business contracts and internal codes. Import Operations Supply Chain Management Import Procedures: Manage the full import clearance process, including the preparation of trade documents (e.g., CI/PL) and tracking shipment status and logistics timelines.Regulatory Compliance Inspection: Execute import inspection procedures and apply for relevant certificates (e.g., for toys, food containers, textiles) in accordance with local regulations.Labeling Management: Oversee the creation and application of Chinese product labels to ensure full compliance with domestic retail laws.Third-Party Logistics (3PL): Coordinate with 3PL providers for warehousing operations, including inbound/outbound management and monthly storage/transportation fee settlements. E-commerce Operations Financial Settlement Platform Administration: Manage administrative tasks for branded e-commerce channels, covering order fulfillment, return tracking, and logistics coordination.Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular settlements for platform-related costs, including transaction fees, service charges, and sales revenue sharing.Reporting Analysis: Compile operational reports and conduct sales forecasting and inventory analysis to optimize overall business efficiency.

Company Description Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province. HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s. ContextThe Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region.Anticipates, analyzes and solves complex technical problems escalated from first line support or the customer including in-fab support as needed. Conducts diagnostics and troubleshooting, including documentation under limited supervision within primary competency.Entry level, acts as second line technical support based on general knowledge of the systems.RequirementsBS degree in relevant Technical Field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) with experience or comparable working and thinking level. Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.Specialized knowledge in the area of pneumatics, hydraulics or electronics, and semiconductor processes, and relevant software.Experience in using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Has complete knowledge on product functionality of the main modules and complete knowledge of primary competency/subsystem.ResponsibilitiesProblem analysis and approachGather all information relevant for the problem, analyze using available means, gather additional diagnostic info if needed, decide on initial approach to solve problem and execute, in consultation with others.Problem handovers and routingHandover problem or problem aspects to others (Sr. TSEs or 3rd line support), document and package all data relevant for problem resolution (e.g. pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, technical reports).Repairs Advise customer technical personnel and 1st line support in dealing with complex problems, use tools, replace parts, improve settings, to execute repairs.
