The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives. About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing team of six Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The SDR team plays a critical role in driving our “outbound” growth by identifying prospective customers, sparking their interest, and booking qualified appointments with Account Executives. As the Sales Development Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and serve as a player-coach—supporting your team’s performance while also collaborating with senior leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily team operations.This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and who is passionate about developing early-career sales talent. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of six SDRs, providing ongoing feedback and structured development plans. Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement.Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and workflows that maximize appointment setting and pipeline contribution.Training Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure SDRs are equipped to succeed.Reporting Insights: Maintain clear reporting on team activities and outcomes.
