Our Business Development Representatives play an important part in driving revenue by helping to develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the company. If you have the ambition to join a multifaceted SaaS business and help to build the sales function from the ground up, this may be the role for you.
✅What You'll Do
● Creating net new business pipeline for client’s Digital Media suite of products.
● Engage with new prospects, understand their business needs goals and createwell-qualified pipeline for Field Sales
● Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling, emailing and social media
● Respond to and qualify incoming web inquiries
● Be accountable to the goals of qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.
● Perform the level of activities (calls, emails, social media contacts, etc) to hit and exceed performance goals
● Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies
● Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve the efficiency of our
demand-generation strategies
📈What you need to succeed
● An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for having an impact on client’s business growth
● Excellent communication, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
● Phone-first mindset; be ready to cold call and book meetings daily
● 12 months of lead generation for a high-growth SaaS business and Inside Sales experience a plus
● A history of exceeding goals is a plus
● Great understanding of social media and vehicles, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs, and monitoring tools is a plus
● Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
🔑Compensation Benefits
Monthly salary: NT$50,000–55,000 × 12 months + 1-month annual bonus + discretionary bonusAnnual leave: Starting from 10 days
