● Act as a true business partner business partner as our founder and CTO.
● Build high-signal pipelines using 104, Cake, LinkedIn, existing agencies, targeted
communities, referrals, and creative outbound.
● Have experience with one of cake, 104, LinkedIn or other major recruiting
platforms, and ATS platforms.
● Screen candidates with strong judgment—evaluating both:
○ Technical depth (AI/CV, embedded/firmware, infra, web)
○ Execution traits (speed, ownership, communication, ability to operate in
ambiguity)
● Run tight recruiting loops: structured interviews, fast decisions, and excellent
candidate experience.
● Own offers end-to-end: positioning, closing, competing against top-tier
companies, and driving high acceptance rates.
● Track metrics that matter (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, acceptance rate) and
continuously improve the system.
● Expand the role over time to supporting with initial onboarding, partnering with
CTO to create strong onboarding experiences for new hires, and also helping with
reviews and other tasks
