Role Overview The Legal Counsel will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters across Australia and supporting our global teams. Interpret regulatory updates and guide stakeholders on changes impacting CFD products. Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with ASIC and global standards. 2. Corporate Governance Support corporate structure management across AU, JP, TW, CN. Work with external counsel on international regulatory matters.
