AT影像實習收穫大公開! 節目製作:協助企劃和剪輯成員,見證從零到無產出帶來影響力的節目製作過程。團隊協作:與內部跨Team和外部攝影師合作,共同讓節目能夠順利按照時程產出。發想節目單元:研究國內外的娛樂節目,發想具創意且可執行的節目單元。節目剪輯技巧:拆解成功或失敗的節目案例,剪輯出能為內容加分的節目影像或精華。短影音企劃練習:研究國內外的同類型影音,發想具創意且可執行的短影片。行銷數據優化:配合團隊的數據回饋,學習如何觀看行銷數據,了解每一個數值背後的涵義,並嘗試拆解成功或失敗的案例,幫助社群行銷內容迭代改善 Your Journey at AmazingTalker 第 1 個月,你將有機會接觸: 了解 AmazingTalker 的協作方式及公司文化。 了解 Media Team 的團隊季目標及人力配置。 了解團隊正在進行的影像/節目架構、產出輪廓和迭代過程。 盤點自己現有技能,與內部剪輯協作產出符合團隊要求的影像/節目作品。 第 2 個月,你將有機會接觸: 提升自己的剪輯技巧,開始執行更進階的影像製作任務。 根據目前的影像輪廓與行銷數據回饋,思考如何產出相同或高過目前品質與成效的作品。 與內部剪輯協作,協助產製出富含娛樂效果兼具傳播性的節目影像及精華。 第 3 個月,你將有機會接觸: 拆解過去的成功和失敗案例,協助發想適用於全球市場的成功影片模版。 拆解不同市場流行的影像風格,規劃能協助新市場發展的影像作品。 拆解國內外流行的娛樂節目,協助產出吸睛且符合大眾風格的節目影像。 應徵事項 工作類型:兼職,長期配合(3 個月以上為佳)。彈性上下班:上班時間:10:00~12:00;下班時間:19:00~21:00,週一到週五至少配合 3 天以上。計薪方式:時薪 215-230 NTD。如果能夠融入團隊協作且表現良好,我們期待你能續約或轉正。 休閒福利 重訓器材、瑜珈教室、拳擊擂台、冥想室內部圖書館定期採購書籍豪華按摩椅、懶骨頭、PS4、Switch 電動有一隻公司貓『啤啤』偶爾會撒嬌 工作環境和設備: 距離捷運『新北產業園區站』走路 1 分鐘路程佔地 1200 坪辦公室配備人體工學辦公椅舒適共用站桌與升降桌配備 24~27 吋外接特大螢幕公司提供 Apple MacBook
