PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE You will act as the strategic architect for Event Activation campaigns, bridging creative ideas with practical execution. You take ownership of developing proposal decks and presenting them to clients to drive business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze briefs, market trends, and consumer insights to support strategic direction.Actively contribute creative ideas for Event Concepts, Engagement Activities, and Customer Journeys.Draft and visualize high-quality PowerPoint slides with logical flow and aesthetic layouts.Write detailed activity flows, agendas, scripts (MC/Video), and catchy headlines/taglines.Work with the Design Team to visualize concepts (Moodboard/Key Visual) and support Senior Planners during pitches.

Ensure the success of key brands on Shopee platform, including driving Revenue and smooth operation;Educate brands on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaigns, and market insights;Implement campaigns for brands, analyse and report their performance;Support in developing and executing strategies to drive brand performance, ensuring alignment with GMV and operational targets;Track and review brand performance metrics frequently, providing data-driven insights and recommendations;Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including inventory planning, commercial, and marketing, to align on strategies;Coordinate on-site and off-site strategies to maximize brand visibility and conversion;Address questions and resolve issues raised by brands or internal teams promptly, ensuring win-win solutions;Work with brands to plan long-term growth strategies, including category expansion and new product launches;Other tasks as assigned.
