Whether the answer is a bespoke solution to solve a unique problem, or a new tool that can scale across Google, everything we do aims to ensure our customers benefit from the full potential of Google products.To learn more about gTech, check out our video.Responsibilities Help maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.   Contribute to product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with some guidance.  Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with some guidance.  Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders as needed.  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in their respective process lifecycle to provide technical guidance or identify possible existing or new technical solution offerings to help shape the outcomes (e.g., pre and post agreement) with some guidance. Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Trust and Safety, Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, Trust and Safety) across top Billing emerging trends and opportunity areas. Troubleshoot complex technical product issues. Apply deep product expertise solving complex technical customer issues and escalations and carrying out strategic projects. Develop tools and automation for better diagnostics/data fixes and debugging, either independently or in partnership with Product Engineering teams. Analyze data and insights to create action plans to solve issues at the root cause for our top customers focusing on knowledge management, operational improvements, account reviews and product adoption. Partner with our Sales and other cross-functional partner teams (as applicable) to own and continuously improve the journey of all clients across, resolve complex issues and understand customer pain points.
