In this role, you will craft narratives about Google Play while helping to shape the CRM infrastructure that delivers them. You will support users with their Play experience, increasing product affinity and engagement, and help shape represent Play.Responsibilities Shape Play's CRM strategy to build engagement engine, managing long-term value and affinity for Google Play. Optimize the CRM funnel by identifying and addressing pain points, ensuring a seamless and high-impact user journey across all touchpoints. Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into the CRM platform, managing automation, personalization, and creative innovation. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions. Preferred qualifications: Experience in managing insights, analytics, client management or consulting oriented projects driving customer success across cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management, and drive complex business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration. Experience in implementing, optimizing and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as managing complex, transformative solutions with clients.
